No-one moves before you do. We're looking for passionate people to launch Run of a Kind in major cities that don’t yet have a running tour team.

This is the first time we’re expanding beyond Birmingham, and you’ll be the trailblazer.

You’ll use the orange-print of everything Lucy, our Founder, learned from running tours on six continents and launching a Running Business in Birmingham. Then, you'll add your own flavour to build something brilliant where you live.

🏁 What is a City Founder?

Someone who:

- Creates and delivers their own local running tours

- Builds a community of curious runners in their city

- Brings their creativity, energy and local knowledge to the ROAK brand

- Helps shape how we grow, globally

From the start-line you’ll be supported with training, systems, templates and loads of encouragement.

⏱️ Time Commitment:

This is a part-time, flexible role that fits around your current work and passions.

💰 Pay:

You keep the profits. After a small annual franchise fee, the rest is yours.
