Who’s it for?
Any team members who are new to running or wanting to get back into it. Especially those who’ve struggled with motivation, consistency, or confidence.
How long is the programme?
12 weeks. We’re here for long-term wins not quick fixes. We build healthy habits that actually stick (and still work around the workday).
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 12 WEEKS IS OVER?
We’ll check in to see what your team needs next - whether that’s a follow-up programme, an in-person event, or celebrating how far they’ve come.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The programme is flexible and designed to fit around your team's schedule. Participants complete 3 run/walks each week on their own time, with support via WhatsApp.
CAN IT INCLUDE IN-PERSON SESSIONS?
Absolutely! We can deliver a launch session or celebration run in person — and even add weekly coached sessions.
What results CAN I expect?
